  • We provide independent QA/QC design review services across all disciplines and design phases. Our reviews focus on constructability, code compliance, drawing coordination, and clash detection—ensuring design integrity and readiness for procurement and construction.

  • We provide detailed project schedule delay claim analysis services. We assess the validity, severity, and root causes of delay claims. Our reviews support owners and contractors with clear, defensible findings grounded in baseline schedules, progress data, and contract terms—ensuring reliable conclusions for negotiation or dispute resolution.

  • We provide full-spectrum cost planning, control, and forecasting services—ensuring financial clarity from concept to closeout.

    Our scope includes total project cost planning, detailed cost control, cashflow management, and proactive forecasting.

    We also deliver comprehensive schedule management, with oversight of design deliverables and rigorous control of construction timelines to support informed decision-making and mitigate risk.

  • As part of our core services, we manage tendering and procurement for design consultants, specialty consultants, contractors, construction managers, subtrades, and suppliers.

    We assist clients in selecting the most suitable procurement model and contract form, prepare tailored supplementary conditions, negotiate terms, and support execution of final agreements—ensuring alignment with project objectives, risk profile, and delivery strategy

  • We provide payment certification services for variety of contract delivery models - such as CCDC 5A, 5B, CCCDC2 and CCDC14 contacts

  • We conduct monthly site reviews to assess project status and verify that construction is progressing in accordance with contract documents and the approved schedule.

  • Hired as owner’s representatives, we provide drawing and specification review services, as well as factory and site review, and monthly contract administration services.

    Over the past six years, we’ve delivered project management and oversight services for 12 modular buildings, both temporary and permanent, supporting owners through procurement, design coordination, and construction execution.

  • Hired by owners to carry out comprehensive deficiency and warranty review services, we conduct thorough and robust inspection surveys of all systems, services, and finishes prior to purchase or project handover. Our detailed assessments ensure that any potential issues are identified and addressed, providing our clients with confidence and peace of mind before finalizing their investment.
