Mariam is a senior project leader with over 20 years of experience delivering housing and community infrastructure projects across British Columbia.

As the principal of PETROSIAN Consulting, she works closely with owners, operators, and user groups to guide projects from inception through feasibility, construction, and post-occupancy phases.

Her portfolio spans new construction, renovations, and major rehabilitation projects.

Over the past six years, PETROSIAN Consulting has also specialized in modular and prefabricated housing, including both temporary and permanent modular projects, as well as demolition and reconstruction of residential buildings and housing complexes.
